Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened, undamaged items within 2 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within one to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Lifestyle Unique Design will not accept returns due to purchaser change of mind, claim having found a similar product somewhere else at a lower price. It is the purchaser solemn responsibility to ensure they do price comparison prior completing any purchases. Our prices are available at all times on our company website.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. The shipping costs will be displayed when you place your order.
All cancellation and returns are subjected to a N$ 400.00 Administration fees if deemed to be customer fault. Opening of items even if they remained in our premises is equivalent to opening items delivered to your home. Cash purchased items but stored in our showroom on customer’s request are customer’s properties and cancellation of such orders is subjected to N$ 400.00 plus storage fees.”
Lifestyle Unique Design reserves the right to increase the administration fees to recover all hours spent working unnecessarily including but not limited to e-mailing back and forth on a certain customer’s case.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in SADC. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to regional destinations. We ship to almost any place in Namibia. For really offset location please Contact Us first to be sure that we can meet your needs.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please note shipping costs within Windhoek are N$500 independent of your ordered item.
